My connection keeps dropping out

This is most likely caused by issues with your router. Attempt to fix the problem by restarting your router: unplug the power to your black brick, unplug the power to your router, leave for 3 minutes… plug back in (DO NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON ON YOUR ROUTER).
